Teleprompter not so great

Perhaps a rudimetary set of instructions would be helpful. I only downloaded this in the last 25 minutes and, so far, I am not able to get a handle on how to use it with any degree of satisfaction. So for now, I am severely disappointed and totally frustrated. It is possible that I should have sprung for the Teleprompt Plus at twice the money? Trouble is, would I now be twice as much disappointed and frustrated?

Maybe I will look again at it tomorrow with fresh eyes and try again. Meanwhile, I may have just wasted my money.
